Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30pm, Yoga (all levels) in Highgate, at Jackson's Lane studios, Studio 3 (pictured)

These classes offer an excellent opportunity to practise yoga in a welcoming and supportive environment, encouraging exploration of postures and movements with curiosity and a sense of play.
Held in a beautiful space within a listed building, located just a minute's walk from Highgate station (a cafe-bar is also available on site).
Cost: £15 per session, or £55 for for 4.
Please bring your own mat.

The focus of the class on 4 December (the last in this cycle) will be: pace.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class.

Private sessions
I see private clients primarily on Thursdays and Fridays; however, I can be flexible. I primarily teach yoga classes, including Ashtanga, in Highgate, Hampstead, East Finchley, Crouch End, Archway, and other North London locations, or in the comfort of your home. Mentoring
I have been mentoring university graduates since 2020 (at UCL and UAL), and completed appropriate training with those institutions. I started applying this knowledge and experience to mentoring yoga teachers in 2023. If you recently qualified as a teacher, or have been teaching for less than 5 years and are looking for orientation on where to go next in your development, please get in touch.
